Holistic Mental Health Practitioner
My Approach to Wellness
For over a decade I have worked to serve the holistic wellness of my clients in Maryland & D.C. I understand that mental health does not exist in silo, and that true wellness requires care and attention to be paid to the "whole person" - mind, body, and spirit.
Utilizing an integrative trauma-informed approach to treatment, my therapy practice engages clients in traditional and somatic psychotherapy, with complementary mind, body and energy practices. No matter the modality, I approach my work from a place of compassion and curiosity, inviting you on a journey to self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing – and ultimately, wellness in all facets of your life.
I am a mother, a daughter, a partner, a friend. I wander and wonder. I'm often found in the kitchen covered in flour, meandering barefoot outside, or cozying up with a crossword puzzle. I make messes, get lost in daydreams, and really believe in the goodness of others. I get overwhelmed, disheartened, or irrationally self confident on occasion. I'm intuitive, spiritually insatiable, and like to refer to myself as a "boundary ninja." I am deeply intrigued by this human experience, and in our experiences of ourselves beyond our curated lives.
Most of all, I am profoundly grateful for the amazing humans that invite me to be a part of their journey.
